What you will do as a Communications Intern:

• Develop cross-functional relationships and learn about Musco.
• Research and write/produce internal content for the Musco Intranet.
• Research and write/produce external content for Musco social media channels.
• Create infographics, videos, and other visual content for internal and external communications.
• Support the overall Musco internship program by promoting and co-hosting intern events and developing content to promote the internship program.
• Support communication and delivery of Musco Team events and our involvement in external events.

Desired Qualifications:

• Pursuing a bachelor�s degree in journalism & mass communications, public relations, advertising, or marketing.
• Junior- or senior-year student.
• Previous internship experience is helpful.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think creatively.
• Experience with developing simple graphics and photo editing.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to follow directions and ask questions.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Self-motivated and the ability to multitask.
• Competency in Microsoft Office.

Students will be hired through Temp Associates. Pre-employment drug screen and satisfactory background check will be required. Intern housing options are available at William Penn University in Oskaloosa.
