What You’ll Do:

  • Roll your sleeves, get in the dirt, go boots-on-the ground, to install foundation repair and waterproofing solutions on residential projects - it's a dirty job
  • Lead by example and inspire a high-performing crew to get the job done right, the first time
  • Ensure a safe and clean job site, every time
  • Assign tasks and oversee installations with precision and efficiency
  • Troubleshoot challenges and keep projects on track
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and represent our brand with pride

  • Safely operate company vehicles (box truck/trailers) and equipment (mini excavators) 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience leading crews or small teams in construction or related fields
  • Solid understanding of foundation repair, waterproofing, or mechanical systems
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Valid, non-restrictive driver’s license
  • Willingness to work in crawl spaces and confined areas

JOB DESCRIPTION 

 

Foreman 

  • Safely, correctly, and efficiently loads and unloads truck with materials, tools, and equipment; cleans truck upon return to the branch      

  • Safely, correctly, and efficiently performs installation duties according to instructions, methods, standards and timetables provided by the Foreman and Company 

  • Demonstrates great care of products, tools, and equipment  

  • Drives company vehicles in a safe manner.     

  • Plans, schedules and coordinates work, accounting for labor hours and productivity 

  • Supervises, leads, trains and mentors a crew of two or more people 

  • Reviews job specifications to determine materials, tools and equipment needed for each job 

  • Communicates with customer before, during and after completion of job, addressing any changes in the job prior to implementing changes 

  • Completes necessary paperwork, check-in and check-out procedures 

  • Knowledge of trade specific tools for installations and correct use of equipment   

  • Previous experience working in the construction industry  

  • Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.   

  • Ability to Lift heavy objects up to 22 kg, and walks and stand for long periods of time  

  • Performs strenuous labor often under adverse conditions
