Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled, proactive, and results-driven HR Manager & Recruiter to manage the full cycle of talent acquisition and perform a variety of human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be a crucial link between management and employees, ensuring our recruitment processes are effective, efficient, and compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Partner with department heads and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruiting plans.
- Design and update engaging job descriptions and post openings on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, and networking techniques to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidates for qualifications and cultural fit.
- Drive recruitment outcomes by setting clear goals, tracking key metrics, and continuously improving processes to meet hiring targets.
Human Resources Management:
- Provide professional advice and support to managers and employees on a range of HR matters, including performance management, coaching, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure HR compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Manage and optimize HR systems (HRIS and ATS), ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Experience: Typically 10+ years of proven experience in human resources and full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of HR best practices, human resources metrics, and employment laws/regulations.
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities; adept at multitasking and prioritizing projects effectively.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP).
- Experience with specific HR software (e.g., ADP ).
- Experience with social media recruiting techniques.
