$2/Hour shift differential + hourly rate! Paid meal period

Essential Functions: 

• Transports webbing from looms to web rolling stations.
• Roll webbing into specified roll lengths from webbing carts.
• Inspect web to drawings.  Identify defects.
• Run spooling machines into specified spool lengths.
• Accurately enter job specific information into Sturges integrated computer system.
• Follow all safety rules and maintains a neat and clean work area.
• All Team Members of Sturges shall know and understand all safety, human resource, and quality policies, including the procedures, work instructions applicable to their position, and how their goals relate to the success of the company.

Education & Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Ability to interpret draw sheets.
• Knowledge of use of all applicable measuring devices.
• Must be able to distinguish the difference between colors.
• Basic computer proficiency. 
• Basic math skills.
• Strong team player.
• Attention to detail.
• This position is deemed a safety sensitive position always requiring alertness.
• Able to read, write and fluently communicate in English.
