Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED (or higher) 2+ years of experience with decision support, data analysis or healthcare operations in an academic and/or professional setting 2+ years of experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degreen in Health Administration, Finance, Public Health or Business Administration Working towards Six Sigma or PMP Certification Certification and/or training in a nationally recognized Change Management MethodologyExperience with process mapping methodology and creating process maps *All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.27 to $50.48 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
