Miami Skating is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our coaching staff and athletes during the 2025–2026 skating season. This flexible, hybrid role is ideal for someone passionate about figure skating, event planning, or sports management.Job Description
Duties:
Plan and execute team events (exhibitions, recruitment visits, banquets). ● Assist coaches with booking travel, lodging, and catering for competitions. ● Develop organizational systems to improve efficiency for coaches and staff. ● Support planning and execution of Summer Camp.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Synchronized Skating team management experience
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Strong organizational and time-management skills. ● Excellent communication skills. ● Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. ● Self-motivated; able to work independently and collaboratively. ● Event planning, admin, or operations experience preferred (sports/skating background a plus).
