Essential Responsibilities 

The Bank Production Administrative Assistant will:

 

  •  Assist with creating and tracking schedules, preparing materials, documentation, and communication related to projects within Production departments.
  •  Regularly review and monitor reports related to department budgets and production team goals and provide updated communication to the Market President.
  • Attend meetings with the Market President as directed and will assist with preparing agendas and other meeting materials, taking official minutes, tracking action items, and providing follow up communication.
  • Be responsible for tracking production training schedules and requirements across the production departments.
  •  Complete other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications 

  •  Associate’s degree in business or related field, and
  •  Three (3) years of experience working in a banking environment in a customer facing role.

Preferred Qualifications 

  •  Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  •  One year of loan origination experience.
  •  One year of project leadership experience.

Job Requirements 

  •  Driver’s license required to operate personal vehicle.
  • Sitting or standing for extended periods of time; requires ability to work and operate computer applications and equipment.
  • Able to perform essential responsibilities of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
