Position Overview
Signal Energy is looking for Talent Management Intern for Summer 2026. This opportunity will play a key supporting role in driving initiatives that help attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization. This internship offers a hands-on learning experience in human capital strategy within the rapidly growing renewable energy industry.
You will assist the Talent Management team with a range of functions across the employee lifecycle—including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement. Through meaningful project work and collaboration with cross-functional teams, you’ll gain insight into how a fast-paced clean energy company nurtures and scales its workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and improving learning and development programs, including onboarding, leadership training, and career development workshops.
- Collaborate with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to support company-wide talent initiatives and events.
- Assist the Recruiting team with drafting and optimizing job descriptions aligned with company goals and values.
- Analyze industry trends and best practices to inform talent strategies and recommend innovative solutions.
- Collect and analyze feedback and data to measure the success of talent initiatives.
- Support the planning and logistics of in-person and virtual learning sessions, including preparing materials and helping facilitate sessions.
- Help design engaging and modern training content, including slide decks, toolkits, videos, and microlearning materials.
- Support employer branding initiatives (e.g. social media, career page, career fairs)
Qualifications
Education:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree/diploma in Human Resources, Human Resource Development, Business Administration, Industrial Organizational Psychology or a related field
- A 3.0 GPA
Skills & Competencies:
- Passionate about people development, learning strategy, and organizational effectiveness
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical and data-driven, with experience in research or reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
