Position Summary:
This is a hands-on role for an experienced SAP SuccessFactor analyst with excellent understanding of Human Resources overall processes with some combination of module knowledge of EC, Recruiting, Compensation, Performance or LMS. The HRIS Analyst is responsible for maintaining the system, data analytics, implementing process improvement, and ensuring data quality in the HRIS system.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides HR system support and solutions to include design, development, testing, maintenance, reporting and integration. Functional testing and documentation of current and future processes.
- Partner with subject matter experts to maintain SuccessFactors data. Provide strategic analytics support across the HR organization.
- Partner with module subject matter experts to evaluate, implement and continuously improve the HRIS system as needed. Review the semi-annual release for any necessary testing, system changes or upgrades.
- Partner with external partners to continue to enhance the system and provide a better user experience.
- Perform root-cause analysis, brainstorms resolution options and communicates the information effectively across various teams and internal customers when needed. Identifies, develops and delivers HR system training to meet the needs of end users.
- Guarantee the system effectiveness after updates or major changes.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's of Science in Business or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years experience implementing SuccessFactor modules or system administration.
- Good understanding of at least 2 different modules of SAP SuccessFactors including EC, Recruiting, Compensation, Performance or LMS.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Must have excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Requires good communication skills, both written and oral.
- Able to work under limited supervision while meeting project deadlines.
- Ability to translate business requirements into SAP functional and technical solutions.

Typical shifts are 8-12 hours per day. Additional unscheduled time after hours and on weekends may also be required. Employees must be willing and able to wear personal protective equipment as required by Company policy and/or legal requirements. In addition, certain jobs may require employees to:
