Continuous Improvement Intern na GB Packaging

The Continuous Improvement Internship offers valuable exposure to safety, efficiency, and operational best practices on the production floor.

Job duties include but not limited to:

• Assist production teams in identifying and solving operational challenges
• Observe and support efforts to improve machine efficiencies and setup processes
• Collaborate with Maintenance and other departments to understand equipment performance
• Help document standard operating procedures and process updates
• Participate in training sessions and learn about equipment operation
• Contribute to improvement projects focused on throughput, quality, and yield
• Spend time on the plant floor learning from experienced professionals

 Requirements:

•  Pursuing degree in packaging, manufacturing, engineering or business-related field
•  Must be a self-starter
•  Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Demonstrated leadership skills
