Position Summary:
The Business Development Junior Graphic Artist is a capable and detail-oriented creative professional who thrives in a corporate environment, values consistency, and brings technical design skill to branded communications. It plays a key role in executing and finalizing RFP, presentations, and graphics that align with our brand identity and win new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follows design direction to ensure projects are properly branded, engaging, scalable, and efficient.
 - Contributes to creative brainstorming and ensures designs align with overall communications strategies.
 - Assists in the production of collateral that supports pre- and post-sales deliverables, such as RFPs, finalist presentations, white papers, case studies, infographics, brochures, placemats, and other special projects.
 - Execute custom communications projects that fulfill the needs and expectations of producers and clients to win and keep business through templates across platforms.
 - Capable of quickly solve problems, issues, or delays in regard to print or digital design and production deliverables.
 - Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs.
 - Contribute to the maintenance and organization of the graphics elements library.
 - Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas.
 - Identify new areas for learning to improve personal design skills and support team performance.
 
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in a corporate or B2B environment.
 - Proficient in the Adobe Suite InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office products, particularly PowerPoint.
 - Experience working with templates, paragraph/character styles, and style sheets.
 - Understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
 - Ability to work within brand guidelines while maintaining creativity.
 - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
 - A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
 - Familiarity in preparing print and digital files for delivery and production.
 - Bonus: Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com) and cloud-based collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams).
 - Knowledge of the insurance industry or employee benefits is desired.
 - Ability to prioritize projects and work under high pressure.
 - Insurance brokerage or industry knowledge is desired.

Experience and Education:
- Bachelor's degree or similar work experience in design, communications, marketing, or a related field.
 - 3+ years of experience in marketing or a related role; internships or previous experience in a similar position are a plus.
