Working Student (f/m/d) Part Analysis Air Springs at Freudenberg

Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!

Responsibilities:

• Disassembly of component assemblies (predominantly suspension struts and air springs)

• Analysis of components, damages and their causes (material, production, endurance test, misuse, etc.)

• Documentation in report form (Photography, digital light microscopy, geometrical measurement, CT Scanning)

• Benchmarking & analysis of competitive parts

• Optional: CT scanning & CT analysis

• Service provider coordination

• Statistical evaluation of damages

• Preparation and maintainance of damage catalogues

Qualifications:

• Enrolled in a technical study program (e.g. automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, material sciences, etc.), basic study period completed

• Understanding of damage-causing mechanisms, operational stability and elastomer materials (desirable)

• Fluent German and English language skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel
