Your Role: Partnerships Delivery Media Executive, Brand Experience
As a Partnerships Delivery Media Executive in Commercial Partnerships Delivery at Global, you will support the Partnerships Team in driving revenue growth through efficient and accurate media planning. You will also assist Partnerships Delivery Managers and Partnerships Delivery Account Managers with administrative and project tasks across our big strategic event and experiential-led partnerships.
As a Partnerships Delivery Media Executive at Global, you will:
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning Support (50%): Develop expertise in all planning processes, including gPlan and Salesforce, dedicating approximately half of your time to creating and refining media plans for the Sales team.
- Project Support (25%): Assist the team with tasks such as preparing briefs for Production agencies, winner management, competitor analysis, compiling collateral for presentations, compiling shot lists for events or experiential campaigns and working as a runner at live events.
- Administrative Support (25%): Provide essential administrative support, including booking meeting rooms, meeting notes, folder organisation, and collating campaign materials.

What Success Looks Like:
In your first few months, you will:
- Deliver accurate and detail-oriented media planning.
- Develop a strong understanding of Global’s brands, platforms, products, and systems, especially gPlan.
- Gain a comprehensive knowledge of production costs for Partnerships elements including for live events and experiential.
- Showcase creative problem-solving skills and contribute innovative ideas.
- Take part in new Partnerships Delivery initiatives and support the team across our biggest partnerships and build sales expertise.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and contribute to process improvements.
- Be a team player and proactive contributor.
What You’ll Need:
- Time management & strong communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail, particularly with numbers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, Keynote and PowerPoint.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a level-headed approach.
- A solid understanding of the Global portfolio.
