In this role, you’ll be a key player in coordinating and managing the permitting process for a variety of projects, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the permitting process for assigned projects, including preparing and submitting permit applications and tracking approvals.

  • Communicate with local, county, state, and federal agencies to facilitate regulatory reviews and approvals.

  • Research and maintain up-to-date filing requirements across jurisdictions.

  • Monitor changes in regulations and keep internal teams informed.

  • Collaborate with local permitting expeditors to streamline approvals.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organized documentation.

  • Follow up with clients and internal teams to gather necessary information for approvals.

  • Proactively assist in expediting project approvals and closing out expired permits.

  • Assist with resolving administrative issues and support other business needs as required.

What You’ll Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Self-starter

  • At least one year of experience in customer service, project coordination, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for tracking, reporting, and documentation.

  • Reliable on-site attendance and a valid driver’s license.
