Job Summary

Have knowledge and experience with Digital Label Press in production and finishing; excellent communication and motivation skills; enjoy working with others while maintaining a leadership role; pay close attention to the details and be organized.

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities  

• Set up, operate, and maintain a Grafotronic DCL finishing system.
• Perform a variety of finishing processes, including:
  • Cold foil application
  • Lamination (self-wound and adhesive bonded)
  • Flood or spot flexo coating
  • Semi-rotary die cutting
  • Slitting and rewinding
• Inspect finished rolls for quality, registration, and die accuracy.
• Fix roll size and or remove bad product from rolls using Table Top rewinder.
• Package product and label boxes according to specifications on job tickets.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance.
• Collaborate with digital press operators and production staff to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:  

• 2+ years of experience operating label finishing or converting equipment (Grafotronic experience preferred).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Understanding of label substrates, adhesives, and finishing materials.
• Ability to read job tickets, follow specifications, and work independently.
• Commitment  to safety, quality, and production deadlines.
• Must be able to work overtime when necessary (nights and or weekends)

Compensation:

The base compensation range for this full-time position is $23.00 - $25.00 per hour plus benefits  (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)). Compensation ranges are determined by various factors, including role, experience, and location. The pay range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. Within the range, actual individual compensation is determined by various factors, including location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
