ResponsabilitiesSupport supplier communication and order managementProcessing purchase requests, managing vendor information, and supporting the procurement process from start to finish.Assist in data analysis and reporting using Excel.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, planning, and operationsParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chainContribute to cost-saving and efficiency projectsPO management, PO cover L/T forecast, and purchase order problem across the material teamDaily shortage and supplier commitment managementInterlock with end-to-end supply chain team for escalation order, expedite or reschedule urgent shipment for critical material co-working with supplierShipment tracking along with logistics and import & export team from the supplierWeekly/Daily WW parts shortage, ONS analysis and resolutionBasic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, International Business, International Relations, Logistics Engineering, or a related field.5+ years og experience in Supply Chain.Preferred QualificationsPrior knowledge or coursework related to Supply Chain Management is desirableAdvanced Spanish is a mustStrong Excel skills and ability to work with dataProactive, eager to learn, and a team playerEffectively manage systems (EDI (B2B)/S4/POCM/internal tools).
