JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for a passionate and high-performing Customer Account Manager, to develop and accelerate Unilever’s Personal Care business in Morrisons. As a key retailer for the PC Business Unit, the role of the Morrisons CAM is to grow ahead of the market, delivering Share for Unilever and Conversion for Morrisons utilising our portfolio of market leading brands.

Key focus areas for the role include:
• Build strong and sustainable customer relationships across various levels of seniority
• Negotiate effectively with your customer to meet OKRs
• Develop and deliver the customer strategic business plan for PC
• Agree a share winning trade plan
• Ensure effective in-store activation of key events
• Accelerate using Morrisons Magic strategy to Win Big

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build strong and sustainable customer relationships
• Negotiate effectively with your customer, e.g. to agree trade terms, trade funding, and counterparts according to the UL strategy
• Lead buyer relationships for your category. There is plenty of senior leadership exposure in this role and opportunities to step up and get involved at this level.
• Work closely with cross functional teams across supply, planning, brand, shopper and category teams to execute a winning plan for UL, Morrisons & their shoppers.
• Support to develop and deliver the customer strategic business plan for PC, and the joint customer business plan for HBB, working closely with CSP, Category Managers and Shopper Marketing.
• Manage the launch of NPD with customers, e.g. selling in the new product, building retail execution plans.
• Ensure effective in-store activation of key events (e.g. promotions, range reviews), providing clear briefings to the Retail Operations Team.
• Be accountable for financial performance of categories within area of responsibility
• Manage the Morrisons P&L for total PC, Manage in-month performance vs forecast, working closely with cross functional partners.

ALL ABOUT YOU Experiences & Qualifications needed
• Prior experience of performing a CAM role
• Prior experience in Category Management or Shopper Marketing is preferable
