Description
As a Scheduling Support Specialist at Elite Sports Medicine + Orthopedics, you’ll be the friendly and professional voice patients hear first. You’ll help connect patients to the care they need while supporting a team dedicated to transforming lives through world-class orthopaedic care.
This full-time position is based at our Midtown location, Monday–Friday between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM. After a successful 90-day period, this role may become hybrid (remote + in-person), offering you flexibility while maintaining teamwork and connection.

What You’ll Do:
Serve as the first point of contact for new and returning patients
Answer incoming calls and return voicemails promptly and professionally
Schedule appointments following provider-specific protocols
Ensure that all required records, imaging, and documentation are received and organized prior to appointments
Maintain accurate and complete patient information
Collaborate closely with providers and administrative staff to ensure a seamless patient experience
Uphold HIPAA, OSHA, and company compliance standards
Participate in ongoing training, meetings, and projects as requested

QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Experience in a medical office, call center, or customer service environment
Strong computer and phone system skills (EHR or scheduling systems experience a plus)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
