Sorter
Location: Greensboro, NC
Position Type: Operations

Overview:
As a Sorter on our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, sorting, and preparing products according to specifications, ensuring quality and consistency throughout the production process.

Responsibilities:

• Sort items by size, type, color, batch, or condition.
• Inspect products for defects or damage and remove non-conforming items.
• Label and classify items for further processing or shipment.
• Operate sorting machinery safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Record sorted and rejected items accurately.
• Communicate discrepancies or issues to team leads.
• Assist with loading/unloading materials and minor equipment maintenance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
• Basic record-keeping and communication skills. Manufacturing is highly preferred
