As a Team Member in the Compliance department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the bank's compliance with various regulations and internal policies. Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of compliance activities and ensure data integrity.
  • Conduct training sessions for new team members and provide ongoing compliance education.

  • Assist in the investigation and resolution of any compliance-related incidents or complaints.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in compliance management.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, law, or business administration.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a compliance or regulatory role, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Strong knowledge of banking regulations and compliance frameworks, including RBI guidelines.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proficiency in using compliance software and tools for monitoring and reporting.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • A proactive approach to learning and staying updated on compliance-related matters.
