Cultivation Manager – $25/hr | Spokane Valley, WA

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Cultivation Manager to lead our grow operations and ensure the highest standards of plant care, quality, and productivity. This hands-on leadership role offers a competitive wage of $25/hour, a supportive team environment, and opportunities for professional growth in the thriving cannabis industry.

What You’ll Do

As our Cultivation Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations within the grow rooms and guide a motivated team to success. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, training, and inspiring the cultivation team to achieve production goals.

• Maintaining the overall health, growth, and appearance of all plants, especially in the mother rooms.

• Collaborating closely with the Propagation Manager on pruning schedules, mother plant replacement, and crop planning.

• Monitoring environmental conditions and ensuring safety, cleanliness, and organization throughout the facility.

• Conducting quality control checks and maintaining compliance with all company policies and regulations.

• Managing labor needs, schedules, and overtime in collaboration with leadership.

• Supporting hiring, training, coaching, and performance reviews for cultivation staff.

• Assisting with Research & Development initiatives to improve efficiency and yield.

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 21 years or older.

• High School Diploma or GED required; higher education or specialized training preferred.

• Minimum 1 year of cannabis cultivation experience.

• 1+ years of management or leadership experience in a production or grow facility preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).

• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to adapt quickly and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand or sit for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform repetitive manual tasks.

• Comfortable working in environments with moderate noise, dust, and plant materials.
