Position Summary:

Ajax/CECO/Erie Press is seeking an Aftermarket Sales Engineer to join our team. The Aftermarket Sales Engineer oversees aftermarket and rebuild projects from quote development through completion. This role coordinates with Sales, Engineering, and Purchasing to ensure projects align with customer needs, revenue goals, and ACE schedules. The position also maintains accurate records, supports forecasting, and enhances processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Job Duties:

- Develop accurate project quotes based on sales leads and customer requirements.

- Coordinate schedules and priorities with Project Manager, Sales, Engineering, and Purchasing.

- Participate in customer calls and meetings to provide technical and project insight.

- Establish estimating priorities aligned with business objectives and revenue potential.

- Maintain sales files, quote logs, job files, and ERP/CRM data.

- Support forecasting, reporting, and projection planning activities.

- Refine calculation tools and templates to streamline estimating and rebuild processes.

- Participate in ACE team sales meetings and contribute to project planning.

- Communicate with customers as needed to ensure clarity and satisfaction.

- Sales related travel as needed (< 10% of the time).

What you need to be successful:

- Technical Degree, Associate’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineer, or related or equivalent experience

- 4+ years of experience in Engineering, technical sales, or similar

- Experience with ERP Systems

- Sales & marketing experience
