About the Role
As a Regional Manager, you’ll lead administrative, financial, and operational strategies for MetroPlains Management properties in your region. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our communities thrive and meet the highest standards for residents and owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee property operations, financials, and capital projects
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize property performance
- Prepare annual budgets and conduct financial analysis
- Monitor site costs, collections, and budget projections
- Ensure compliance with Section 42, Section 8, and Rural Development regulations
- Lead marketing efforts for properties with high vacancies or in lease-up
- Train and support staff in Fair Housing and compliance procedures
- Write performance reviews, improvement plans, and handle disciplinary actions
- Travel to properties regularly to review operations and support staff

- Proven experience in affordable housing management
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, organize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Calm and effective approach to stressful situations
- Willingness to travel and a safe driving record
