Job Summary:

The IT Operations Oracle Analyst Support will be responsible for supporting the Oracle Fusion Application Suite, Oracle Transportation Management and Oracle Warehouse Management Modules and ensuring their smooth operation and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

This role involves troubleshooting functional business issues, identifying root causes for various issues in the end-to-end business flows, and writing SQL queries against staging Oracle databases to analyze the data. This IT professional will manage collaboration between ABC Supply associates, Oracle, and our managed services teams. You will be responsible for provisioning, installing, upgrading, configuring, and maintaining ABC Supply’s Oracle applications. They will also be responsible for supporting the IT Operations Manager in documenting, updating, and publishing key Oracle processes and documentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Prefer 10 years of experience in supporting Oracle Fusion applications, OTM and WMS modules.

Experience collaborating with support services tams in providing the support to the Oracle Fusion applications.

Experience developing and maintaining documentation for Oracle Integrations Cloud integrations and Oracle Cloud Console.

Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support when needed.

Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff.

Preferred Qualification(s):

Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) Certification.
