PROPERTY MANAGER na Uptown Rental Properties

We are currently looking for an organized, detail-oriented, resourceful Property Manager to join our Burlington, Kentucky team! This is a full-time, salaried position, starting at $55,000/year and includes the incredible benefits listed below:

Property Manager Responsibilities: 

• Directs the overall operational, financial and personnel management of a residential apartment community
• Leading and managing a team, maintaining a positive, professional environment
• Manage rent collection, revenue growth and financial reporting to achieve financial targets
• Monitors and adjusts market rates
• Oversees leasing performance and occupancy
• Responsible for financial statements, budgeting and expense management
• Works with stakeholders, vendors, and other departments to ensure properties are maintained to the Uptown standard
• Providing innovative ways to focus on resident engagement and retention
• Working with residents to quickly and cost-effectively resolve any issues
• Oversees maintenance work order management, ensuring rapid resolutions and resident satisfaction
• Provide excellent hospitality and customer service

Property Manager Requirements:  

• HS Diploma or equivalent 
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum two years’ experience in property management
• Experience in managing a team of one or more members
• Property Management software experience
  • Rent Manager preferred
• Experience with managing work orders, monitoring completion and resident satisfaction
• Financial acumen to manage budgets and control expenses
• Experience in managing a team of one or more members
• Proficient in MS Office
• Ability to handle emergencies calmy and effectively
• Clear communication skills, written and verbal
