The Clinical Supervisor provides the leadership and strategic planning of the Outpatient programs offered at the facility, ensuring quality of social services and the facility’s performance goals and objectives. Responsibilities include the overall administrative processes and management systems for the social services offered at the facility.

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for:
- Represent the Outpatient Department at the executive level and in consultation with the Director of Outpatient Services, plan, develop and implement formal and organized IOP programs as part of the therapeutic environment.
- Provide a broad vision in the development of programs and the evaluation of current services offered.
- Strategically solve problems that encompass the larger view of the organization, and establish goals by utilizing an understanding of organizational dynamics in planning and problem solving.
- Remain current on all clinical techniques, and provide direction to staff and facility personnel.
- Ensure strategic program goals and objectives are consistent with overall facility goals and objectives.
- Promote a positive working and treatment environment that demonstrates regard for all Individuals and quality clinical services.
Your Experience Matters What we’re looking for:
- Education & Licensure: Master's Degree from an accredited college or university, in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field preferred. Illinois State Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a psychiatric/mental health care facility, with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills; and have strong clinical assessment skills preferred.
- Additional Skill Requirements: May be required to work flexible hours and overtime.

Compensation:
This is a full-time role and the expected compensation is $60,000-$75,000/annually. We’re eager to engage with all qualified candidates, and consideration will be provided to experience and skill level. Join us as our Outpatient Clinical Supervisor!
