Experience

·     1+ year of experience in Women’s Health or related field as a NP or PA; 3+ years preferred.

·     1+ year of experience in Family Medicine or related field as a NP or PA; 3+ years preferred.

·     Experience with Epic EMR system highly preferred

Education & Licensure

• Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Board-Certified in Women's Health
• California Nurse Practitioner and Furnishing licensure or California Physician Assistant license

·         Current, active, unrestricted licensure as an NP or PA

• Successful completion of accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Current BLS
• NPI and DE
