Our Sales and Marketing department is currently seeking an experienced data analyst. This individual should possess an expertise in understanding of complex data structures and integrates data from across multiple sources. They are proficient in optimizing reporting structures and systems to align with evolving business needs. Leveraging data-driven insights, they identify, recommend, and lead strategic business initiatives. They proactively evaluate and enhance existing reporting frameworks to support both current and future objectives. As mentors, they actively train and support newer analysts, fostering team growth and promoting knowledge sharing. This position is based at our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio.

The pay range for this position is $50,000 - $100,000 annually. The pay determination is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.

  • building and diagnosing efficiency issues in queries of existing datasets using various technical languages (i.e.,SAS, SQL, DAX)
  • demonstrating advanced ability to query existing datasets using various technical languages (i.e., SAS, SQL, Excel, Power BI, DAX)
  • updating existing advanced processes and reporting for analyst and engineers
  • collaborating with data engineers on projects of advanced complexity
  • effectively training business partners on data sources and reporting

Bring education and experience from:

• at least four years of experience with data query languages and programs, data visualization tools, and data analysis using statistical techniques
• at least four years of experience with insurance or financial practices and data management
• a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field preferred
• AIDA or other analytics professional courses preferred
