This individual is responsible for overseeing the processes to select, prioritize, and govern a portfolio of IT projects and ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and portfolios deliver maximum value. The portfolio manager collaborates with executive leadership, department heads, and other portfolio stakeholders to assess project proposals, manage risk, and monitor performance metrics.
