JOB PURPOSE:
As a Pit/Floor Supervisor:
- Responsible for the efficient, secure and customer service oriented operation of the assigned pit area and shift.
As a Shift Manager:
- Responsible for assisting the Casino Director in Table Games, Poker Room, EGD and the profitable and effective offering of table games entertainment to Quinault Beach Resort & Casino guests.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Provide and deliver excellent customer service for all internal and external customers at all times and in all activities. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all internal and external customers of Quinault Beach Resort & Casino. Develop solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service.
• Make recommendations and implements improvements on gaming products.
• Make recommendations in improving labor management, including proper game spread.
• Assists in monitoring, maintaining, and make recommendations for replacement or repair of equipment and supplies.
• Authority to operational decisions within the limits stated in the QBR&C’s system of internal controls.
• Assists in maintaining departmental records including personnel, schedules. Etc.
• Assists in performance and data analysis for the purpose of optimizing profitability and reducing costs.
• Maintains an awareness of applicable company and departmental policies, procedures, and rules and supervises assigned games accordingly.
• May evaluate, train, develop and monitor subordinate personnel.
• Assign work, grant overtime and early outs, discipline, recommend wage increases and promotions.
• May interview applicants and audition personnel for subordinate positions.
• Maintains an awareness of applicable gaming policies, procedures, and rules and monitors for compliance.
• Maintains all relevant information and documentation as appropriately confidential.
• Reports any unusual situations to superiors.
• Maintain a neat and organized work area.
• Perform the duties of Table Games and Slots as assigned.
• Other job related duties as may be assigned by instruction from management.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS: (*Constantly, Frequently, Occasionally)
• Must be able to work any shifts including holidays, high volume days and weekends.
• Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to handle large quantities, transport, and storage of supplies and equipment.

Qualifications
Required:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two (2) years multi-gaming experience.
- Demonstrated record of successful customer service skills.
- Demonstrated computer application skills.
License Requirements:
- Class III Washington State and Quinault Indian Nation Tribal Gaming License
