Outdoor Marketing Promoter
Aspen Square Management is now seeking a part-time, seasonal Outdoor Marketing Promoter to help promote our apartment community, Lexington Palms at The Forum in Fort Myers, FL. Join our team at Aspen Square Management, a thriving entity for over six decades with a diverse portfolio spanning 70 communities nationwide.
About the position:
- Ability to waive, hold and spin sign for up to 4 hours/day (sign is 24� x 48�)
- Able to stand in designated area up to 4 hours a day to call attention to community entrance.
- Limit range of area covered to corner of Omni lane and Route 82 alternating sides of road.
- Position is located outside in weather conditions
Requirements:
- Upbeat, energetic, active personality
- Strong verbal customer service skills
- Dress required: Plain t shirt or collared shirt and tailored shorts with sneakers
- Pay Rate: $14hr.
