Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding an Employee Benefits Account Manager to their Pierce Insurance Agency team in Farmville, NC.
Job Summary

We are in search of an Employee Benefits Account Manager with a positive attitude, patience, and excellent communication skills who work well in a team environment.
Essential Functions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, including with clients’ employees
- Resolve client issues with a customer-first mindset
- Stay up to date on all aspects of assigned accounts
- Stay current on industry knowledge, trends, and compliance
Competencies and Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience within employee benefits
- Must hold an active NC Life & Health Insurance License
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Work independently while contributing to team success
- Proficient with computer applications
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
