Cancer Care Northwest is a full-spectrum private oncology group in the stunning Pacific Northwest. We are seeking a Radiation Therapist to join our multispecialty physician owned practice. We are proud to be the only APEx-accredited practice in the Spokane/Coeur d'Alene area. Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Radiation Therapist to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional patient care by administering prescribed radiation therapy treatments. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, with on-call duties as needed. Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully an individual must:
- Administer prescribed radiation therapy treatment in accordance with established protocols.
 - Accurately position patients and deliver the prescribed dose to correspond with the designated treatment plan.
 - Assist the radiation therapy department with patient care, treatment delivery, treatment records, radiation safety, and quality assurance functions.
 - Ensure patient safety, comfort, and compliance throughout the treatment process.
 - Operate and maintain radiation equipment to the highest standards.
 - Collaborate with Radiation Oncologists, dosimetry, physics, and other healthcare professionals to deliver accurate and timely treatment.
 - Proficient in the use of radiation therapy equipment and software.
 - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
 - Ability to adapt and excel in a float position, providing coverage across various locations as needed including the hospital setting.
 - Dedication to patient care and safety.
 
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited radiation therapy technology program
 - Must hold a current:
- Washington: National ARRT certification and current WA Radiologic Technologist certification
 - Idaho: National ARRT certification
 
 - Must have valid CPR

Salary DOE $44.22 - $66.33
