Position Summary:

AAA United States, Inc. has partnered with a company in Semmes, AL.

Essential Function:

• Operate heavy equipment including dozers, excavators, loaders, and dump trucks
• Handle daily fueling, lubrication, and routine maintenance of all equipment
• Transport materials and assist with site prep and grading work
• Perform basic mechanical repairs on heavy equipment and trucks
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and record any maintenance issues or damage
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and work areas
• Follow all safety standards and report any hazards or incidents immediately
• Assist with other hands-on duties as needed on the job site

• 3+ years of experience operating and maintaining heavy equipment
• Working knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and perform hands-on labor
• Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work independently or with a crew
