What You’ll Do
- Inspect, maintain, and repair our fleet of mobile mining and heavy equipment — loaders, dozers, haul trucks, excavators, and more.
- Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) to keep downtime low and production rolling.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Use OEM diagnostic software to get to the root of the problem fast.
- Weld, fabricate, and modify parts when needed — because you know how to make it work.
- Log inspections and repairs in our CMMS system.
- Keep safety first — always — following MSHA/OSHA and company standards.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic, Diesel Mechanic, or Mobile Equipment Technician.
- Expert knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Experience using diagnostic tools and software (Caterpillar, Komatsu, John Deere, etc.).
- Ability to diagnose, repair, and rebuild diesel engines, transmissions, and components.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- The drive to work hard, stay safe, and take pride in your work.
