About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Leader to join our team in the dental field in Van Buren, AR. As the Senior Operations Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of two of our dental practices. Your main objective will be to ensure that our practice runs smoothly and efficiently, providing high-quality care to our patients. You will be a key member of our team, working closely with our dentists and staff to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in the dental industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with and basic understanding of P&Ls
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration or related field
- Experience in a dental practice or related field
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Experience with financial management and budgeting
Responsibilities:
