The Supply/Fulfillment MSR ensures the integrity of our inventory through sound principles and accurate controls. Incumbent is responsible for the timely disbursement of incoming shipments adhering to PSECU receiving policies and plays a crucial role in maintaining effective inventory controls. This position requires a proactive approach and routine collaboration to ensure operational excellence and reliability. This is an essential part of the Logistics Team that values precision and efficiency in managing our supply chain operations.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm, 100% onsite.

In this position, you will

• Receive shipments according to PSECU policies and verify that all criteria for disbursements are met. Distribute received items to the appropriate departments within a standard business day. Coordinates items for delivery to various PSECU business units based on submitted requisition orders. Prepares shipments from various business units for end of day UPS pick up.
• Performs accurate reconciliation of incoming/outgoing shipments. Maintains supplies/inventory and ensures Accounting/Purchasing software is updated to reflect accurate information.
• Regularly reconciles, monitors and maintains physical inventory counts with recorded quantities ensuring optimal stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Provides for the timely distribution of forms and related materials requested by Business Development and prepares items for shipment to various agencies.
• Fulfills and delivers supply order requests to various business units.
• Collects and secures confidential documents for shredding throughout the various business units.
• Backup to the Print Shop MSR as needed. Performs courier duties utilizing company van or personal vehicle, as needed.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High School (Required)

Any equivalent combination of experience and education. | Not Required

Forklift Operator Certification - OSHA
