About your team :

Join our Institutional sales team and feel like you’re part of something bigger. You will join a team of 2 sales individuals and help to maintain and to grow the existing relationships as well as developing new business with the institutional clients such as pensions, insurer, foundations or corporates.

About your role :


The Sales Associate will be responsible for supporting Fidelity’s Institutional team in Paris, taking ownership of client and prospect support, events, reporting, material updates and acting as a coordinator in the client activity of the Institutional Sales team.

About you :

  • Act as a partner of the Head of Institutional Sales or other stakeholders in the business to support accounts, working with them to build and promote the Fidelity products, services and brand to current or future clients
  • Anticipate client’s needs and put in place appropriate actions.
  • Respond promptly to clients request and provide the relevant financial information or operational support. Liaise with teams in different locations in order to find relevant information requested by clients
  • Consistently report opportunities for new business and assist the Head of Institutional Sales in making appointments and executing sales development plans
  • Help respond or coordinate responses related to the client’s request for proposals (RFP) in collaboration with the Paris Marketing team and the Product teams in London
  • Work closely with Fidelity's Equity, Fixed Income, Multi-Asset and Real Estate product teams across the globe
  • Prepare and attend client meetings along with Institutional Sales
