Job Description
This position will be responsible for supporting the ECS (Electronic Combat Solutions) Business Area, with proposal support, leadership, and program control subject matter expertise. The Manager provides leadership and guidance, as needed, to the team and work collaboratively with leadership/management in these job functions to ensure execution on key objectives, continuous improvement and optimization of resources. This role will also support Phase Reviews. Strong leadership, communication skills, proposals experience, and statements of position, are essential.
