Otter Products is hiring for a Production Line Leader to join our 3rd shift Distribution Team in Frederick, CO. The Production Line Leader applies professional experience, standard operating procedures and best practices to determine appropriate action to run a line in automation or manual pack line teams, while responsible for technical aspects such as line set up/tear down, training and quality. This individual ensures lines run efficiently, with good quality, and to order specification. The Production Line Leader trains and monitors outputs of temporary staff, approximately ten to thirty staff per line. This role escalates staffing issues to configuration supervisor. This individual may work in manual, automation, or FFP lines.
**Available Shift: Friday through Sunday, 6:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. MT

- Record and correct non-conforming inventory
- Ensure all work stations have been cleaned at the end of each shift
- Actively engage in leading, supporting and participating in continuous improvement
- Ensure every process is value added
- Verify receipt of material from material handler, report and document discrepancies
- Identify job errors and seek to resolve issues
- Actively participate in performing assembly duties in order to achieve team objectives and goals as required
- Effectively lead and align shift resources to meet safety, quality, completion, and cost objectives
- Cultivate a team work culture as well as track and communicate positive performance and targets
- Support and maintain a positive safety culture by following all safety policies and procedures and actively contributing to a safe working environment
- Other duties as required
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of five years of assembly or manufacturing experience required.
- Small package configuration experience preferred.
