You will conduct the following responsibilities upholding Tarian’s commitment to safety and security while supporting the values and culture of the client and community.
In this capacity, you will manage a team of security officers and be responsible for day-to-day operations, including traveling to sites, meeting clients and officers, training, gear maintenance and fleet management.
- Manage officer and vehicle operations
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure all vehicles are in safe operating condition.
- Lead, train, and evaluate a team of officers to promote a culture of safety and efficiency.
- Thorough understanding of security services, excellent problem-solving skills, strong leadership qualities, self-motivated, able to fill in on shifts at short notice and in all weather conditions.
- Monday - Friday position (8a-4p)
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be willing to travel to client sites across Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
- Must be credentialed to work in Rhode Island through the AG Office.
