Requirements / Qualifications
Education/Experience: Graduation from high school and one year experience at the level of an Instructional Assistant or one year experience in working with children with special needs.
Licenses and other Requirements:
Valid first aid certificate and CPR certificate may be required.
In addition to a complete application, you must submit:

Two current letters of recommendation (dated and hand signed within 1 year)

Comments and Other Information
Prior to final hiring and placement, the candidate must pass a Pre-Placement Physical Examination paid for by the Newhall School District. The examination may also include a urinalysis for drug screening. The candidate must also receive fingerprint clearance from the California Department of Justice.
