About the Temporary Role


Are you organized, proactive, and enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders? Join our multilingual customer service team in Barcelona and play a key role in managing public tenders and customer requests. This is a dynamic and complex role where you’ll interact with customers, account managers, project managers, logistics, manufacturing, and service representatives. You’ll take ownership throughout the quote-to-cash process, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage Public Tenders and Customer Requests:

    • Create tender quotes with input from account managers (CRM Salesforce, Microsoft Excel & Word) in alignment with our contracts team.

    • Obtain approvals for any non-standard deal aspects.

    • Process tender orders based on inputs from customers, contracts, and revenue leads (DBMS Oracle).

    • Collaborate with solutions specialists on complex deals.

    • Monitor the end-to-end order process to ensure closure.

    • Resolve questions related to invoicing, contracts, and revenue recognition.

  • Problem Solving & Process Improvement:

    • Apply established policies and procedures to resolve issues efficiently.

    • Identify and develop new or improved approaches to tasks and processes.

  • Client Interaction & Judgment:

    • Exercise sound planning and judgment when managing client requests.

Qualifications:

 

  • Fluent in English; other European languages at native level a plus.

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a complex, fast-paced customer service environment.

  • Experience in reviewing terms & conditions for deals.

  • Positive, can-do attitude to ensure customer satisfaction and go “above and beyond.”

  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Detail- and process-oriented to ensure data accuracy and operational excellence.

  • Proactive in resolving complex issues with the best interest of customers and Keysight in mind.

  • Ability to positively manage stress in a customer service environment.
