The Manager ensures guests have a memorable and inviting experience while delivering the company’s desired financial results. This includes but is not limited to consistently modeling guest service behaviors, recruiting, development, and retention of talent, loss prevention, expense control, training & coaching, and center cleanliness while upholding European Wax Center's Core Values:

Requirements

• Proven track record of achieving individual sales goals.
• Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales goals.
• Ability to work at least 36 hours a week in the center.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes night and weekend shifts.
• Ability to assess business analytics and drive key performance metrics through action planning and leveraging team strengths. 
• Ability to meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to the team through daily coaching.
• Ability to develop and foster an inspiring, high-performance culture where people love coming to work.
• Ability to build the business through effective scheduling. 
• Ability to apply retention strategies to exceed our guests’ expectations. 
• Experience with conflict resolution.
• Experience with administrative tasks such as payroll and inventory.
• Experience with compliance of policies and procedures.
• Ability to conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.
• Ability to maintain outstanding cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
• Additional management duties as needed.
