Job Description
We are seeking a Regional Vice President (RVP), Sales – North America, to lead and scale our Asset Product sales team,. This role is critical in driving revenue growth, ensuring strategic execution while fostering a high-performance sales culture.
As RVP, Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for leading and managing our team focused on selling our Asset Product, driving adoption, and expanding our market footprint. This role requires a deep understanding of solution selling, enterprise SaaS, and the MEDDPICC methodology to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across the team.
You will play a pivotal role in scaling revenue growth, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and optimizing our GTM strategy. Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales professionals dedicated primary to our Asset Product to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand our presence in the asset management market and other product lines.
- Optimize GTM strategy, assessing and improving methodologies, infrastructure, and metrics to scale the business effectively.
- Mentor account executives, providing structured coaching and hands-on leadership to ensure consistent execution and development.
- Drive forecasting accuracy using Clari, 6sense, Salesforce, and other analytics tools to refine pipeline visibility, performance tracking, and revenue projections.
- Implement best practices in prospecting strategy, ensuring leadership plays an active role in identifying new business opportunities, engaging top-tier accounts, and expanding existing relationships.
- Drive the adoption of Eptura’s Sales Playbook and MEDDPICC methodology to ensure consistent, effective sales processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key executives and influencers within target accounts.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and corrective actions.
- Provide regular, accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior leadership, highlighting wins, challenges, and growth opportunities.
- Scale the North America sales headcount, ensuring team development through hiring, mentoring, onboarding, and coaching.
- Partner with Marketing to track lead-to-sale conversions, enhance messaging, and create a tactical demand generation funnel.
- Address the unique challenges of a scale-up environment, fostering a culture of agility, adaptability, and accountability.
About You
- Proven leadership experience in managing sales teams, with a focus on SaaS solutions.
- Experience leading teams in a high-growth phase, particularly within companies that have undergone mergers and acquisitions.
- Strong track record in selling enterprise software, including landing net-new business and expanding existing accounts.
- Deep expertise in Clari, 6sense, and Salesforce, ensuring forecasting accuracy and pipeline efficiency.
- Front-line mentorship experience, actively coaching sales leaders and ensuring team performance aligns with strategic business objectives.
- Data-driven, metrics-oriented approach, with expertise in building repeatable, scalable sales processes.
- Executive presence & boardroom navigation skills, able to effectively engage stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Exceptional ability to hire, mentor, develop, and retain world-class sales teams
- Strong adaptability in fast-paced environments, capable of pivoting strategies as needed.
- Experience working with asset management software or related SaaS solutions.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) solutions and asset-driven technology platforms.
