 What We’re Looking For in our Operations Manager

• A leader who models humility, wisdom, and calm — able to teach, guide, and strengthen others in their daily work.
• A results-driven mindset — someone who stewards resources wisely, drives financial success, and champions operational excellence to ensure the long-term health of both the mission and the business.
• A heart for developing people as much as processes — helping team members discover their purpose and potential.
• One year or more of leadership experience, with proven skill in coaching and accountability.
• Industry experience in healthcare, DME, or infusion preferred.
• Formal education (AA or higher) and supervisory experience strongly preferred.
