Your impact as a Warehouse Coordinator is Vital. You will contribute to Vitalant’s life-saving mission by working with our inventory and procurement of materials/office supplies. Every day you will help provide ample inventory levels of supplies that various departments need and assist in coordinating the delivery of those supplies.
What to Expect
Schedule: Monday - Friday - Daytime Shift
As a Warehouse Coordinator, you’ll get to:
- Manage inventory to meet department needs and reduce transportation costs.
- Oversee the procurement, quality control, and proper storage of materials and supplies.
- Coordinate the delivery of supplies to various departments and locations.
- Maintain records and schedules for preventative maintenance and equipment repairs.
- Supervise the upkeep of assigned properties, equipment, and grounds.
- Ensure accurate safety documentation, including Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
- Manage on-site and off-site storage facilities for organization and efficiency.
