Your responsibilities
As Service Coordinator Aftermarket, you are responsible for the implementation of complex Service and Aftermarket tasks, coordinating the Service schedule, and delivering customer-oriented technical solutions. In this role, you ensure seamless communication between customers and technical teams, provide expert support throughout the entire service process, and play a key part in optimizing system performance and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate open service tickets and service schedule to ensure timely and effective delivery of our solutions.
Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing expert technical support and proposing tailored solutions for their systems.
Advise customers on spare parts and consumables, helping them maximize the value and performance of their equipment.
Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation to support our projects and compliance requirements.
Lead, instruct, and support Field Technicians and Service Engineers to ensure the highest standards of service and safety.
Take ownership of essential administrative tasks, such as management of service tickets, ensuring prompt feedback from Service Engineers and cooperation with Commercial for invoicing of completed services.
Your qualifications
Proven experience in service coordination, technical support, or a similar role in a technical or engineering environment.
Technical understanding and the ability to propose practical solutions to customers.
Excellent communication skills in both French and English, written and spoken and interpersonal skills for effective customer and team collaboration.
Talent for organization and attention to detail in managing schedules and documentation.
Leadership ability to guide and instruct field engineers in daily operations.
