Employment Type- Full-time, 1st Shift

Responsibilities Include

• Perform daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of foundry equipment, including:
• Wax injection presses 
• Shell building robots and conveyors 
• Burnout and preheat furnaces 
• Induction melting and pouring systems 
• Blasting, grinding, and cutoff equipment
• Reduce downtime by conducting preventive maintenance (PM)
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical failures using blueprints, schematics, and other diagnostic tools
• Maintain and repair HVAC, compressed air, and water systems as needed
• Document all maintenance activities

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a foundry/metalworking/or manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in English for clear communication within the team
• Strong knowledge of:
• Mechanical systems (motors, pumps, bearings, gearboxes)
• Electrical systems (motors, relays, sensors, PLCs)
• Hydraulics and pneumatics
• Welding and fabrication skills a plus
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and mechanical drawings
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with lockout/tagout, confined space, and other safety procedures
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to work overtime or off-shifts as needed to support production
