Student Account Representative/Cashier - Business Office na Lipscomb University

Under broad supervision, responsible for the cashiering operations of a university business office, assuring compliance with pertinent regulations concerning the receipt, custody and handling of money. Balancing and posting deposits on a daily basis. Responsible for servicing student accounts.

Typical Duties: 

• Responsible for the Cashier Operations. (Daily balancing;  customer service; etc.).
• Reconciliation of daily cashier transactions and reports.
• Safeguarding cash according to policies and procedures.
• Responsible for servicing student accounts, answering phones, emails, and in-person customer inquiries.
• Support Bison One Stop
• Regular, reliable attendance is critical.
• Computer, software and basic technology skills.
• An excellent acumen for detail and working with numbers.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Maintain both accounting and physical controls over cash, checks, and other negotiable instruments.
